Coral Bay is renowned for its superb sandy beaches and is only a 15 minute drive from Paphos in the southwest of Cyprus. The main road to Coral Bay is lined with a small but ample selection of shops, restaurants, banks and bars giving you everything you need for a spot of relaxation without losing any of its local charm.
Life in Coral Bay tends to be based around the sandy bay with calm shallow waters. Also offering a wide range of waters sports, it is perfect for a day out combined with a visit to the Sea Caves at Paphos. The bay itself is a 600m crescent of soft white sand, bookended by a pair of headlands. When you are not on the beach, take a trip down to the harbour in Paphos and take in some of the stunning scenery.
This is a great base for exploring the pristine coastline to the north, where a jigsaw of coves and inlets hide some of the best and most isolated beaches on the island. The Paphos bird park is also located nearby. It is also a fantastic place for evenings out as the area always has a special buzz about it at night.
