We completed the purchase of our home in Spain in October last year and had our first stay in February when all snaggings were completed.
I felt it was about time we wrote to thank Atlas for all the help and guidance given to us through every step of our purchase. Without the expertise of your staff both myself and my husband know we would not have been able to cope.
The mid-term visit which we both thought would have been very stressful went very smoothly. We both dreaded obtaining our NIE numbers, but this was no problem thanks to the reps that helped us through every stage. This included the kind people who drove us to and from the airport.
The moving in period also went without too much stress. Once again due to the attention shown by all the staff who helped us. Each trip involved so many visits to solicitors, Banks, the Arca furniture store, visits to our property to see how it was progressing and just general advice and valuable information given by everyone involved. For all this we thank everyone.
But our biggest thank you must go to the sales rep who showed us around on our Inspection trip way back in October 2006. There was no heavy sales tactics used and never one time during our inspection trip did we feel any pressure that we had to buy. I was unsure if this would be a good venture for us initially as we had visited a different region of Spain and I was not that impressed. But after being shown around the area we now have our second home in I fell in love with it straight away. We brought our 15 year old daughter along with us on the inspection trip and Sam made her feel included all the time. John, Amy and myself would therefore be grateful if you would please pass on our thanks to him and to let him know we would like to invite him around sometime for a drink to say thanks.
Finally once again thank you to everyone in Atlas who gave us all their help and advise to make our purchase so stress free and worth while. We will certainly recommend you to anyone we hear of who are considering purchasing a home abroad.
