Take up in business has increased ten fold for overseas property specialist Atlas International. The overseas property specialists received 150% more website hits and 70% more brochure requests this year alone to date. James went on to say "Cyprus is an emerging market and offers a similar set up to the UK, giving investors much needed security. The Cypriots practice law very similar to England, they speak English, they drive on the same side of the road, yet the beauty and culture in Cyprus is second to none and property prices can go as low as £50,000 for a two bedroom apartment".
Atlas International has a number of homes testament to the value declared by James Dearsley. The region is ideal for investors as there are now plans to construct a 1,500 berth marina in the next couple of years.
Indeed, with the inevitable accession of Cyprus into the European Union a high return on all property purchases is almost guaranteed. "You only have to look at the effect the Euro had on property prices in Ireland to understand what effect it will have on Cyprus" said James Dearsley of Atlas International.
Similarly, Spain also continues to appeal to investors, with Atlas receiving 175% more enquiries this year compared to last.
"Spain is just two hours away from the sun and no other country can compete with that. There will always be a market in Spain, there is no other place that has continued growing and impressing the way this country has" said James.
