The payment structure for a resale property is straightforward.
Once you have made the decision to go ahead with your property purchase, you will need to secure your reservation by paying an initial sum of 3,000 Euros which represents part of the 10% deposit payable on the property. The balance of the 10% deposit will then be required to be paid by you within 14 days of the date of reservation leaving the final balance of 90% of the purchase price payable by you upon your signing of the title deeds.
