The 11th International Property Award ceremony took place on November 4th 2005, sponsored by Bentley. The award for best property in Almeria went through to the second round of the judging panel to win four stars for the prestigious Bentley award. The judge’s criteria for the best property entry included location, finishing’s, innovation and marketing. The services and marketing of Atlas International’s newest department in Almeria was highlighted in winning the award for best estate agent.
