San Diego

San Diego is a coastal Southern California city, located in the south-western corner of the continental United States. It is the second largest city in California and the eighth largest city in the United States.

San Diego County lies just north of the Mexican border sharing a border with Tijuana and lies south of Orange County. It is home to miles of beaches, a mild Mediterranean climate and 16 military facilities hosting the United States Navy, the United States Coast Guard and the United States Marine Corps.

San Diego’s housing market is fueled by its great year-round weather and proximity to beautiful beaches.  Between the years of 2000-2005, San Diego experienced some of the biggest rise in house prices in the United States.  There is a saying amongst San Diego residents, “it’s the price of paradise.”

The amount each buyer should expect to spend in addition to the purchase price is about 5% to 7%.

Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the most popular city in Nevada, a desert state which is located in the South West of the USA. Las Vegas is situated in Clark County the south-eastern county of the State sharing a border with Arizona.

The city itself is located in a basin surrounded by colourful mountains. Despite being a desert state, Las Vegas has an abundance of  lawns, trees and greenery.

Sport, music and art all play a large part in Las Vegas life alongside the many entertainments the city is known to offer.

Due to constant population growth within the city, there is also a constant demand for housing developments.
