The beach in Capo Vaticano (25 miles from the villa) is 100% sand. It's 1,600 ft. in length and 100 ft. wide. There are a many great restaurants and bars. This beach developed and family/singles oriented. It's surrounded by cliffs thus there's little to no breeze from the sea.
