Upload flv files to the /flash/video-player/ directory using the FTP account supplied previously.

Select the flv file by editting this page and choosing from the available files.

To create a new page, navigate to the channel you would like the page to appear in, select "Create new page" from the right hand menu and choose the template in the video folder.
