Atlas International will use the details provided by you to enable us to arrange your inspection trip and to contact you with
all relevant information. By completing this booking form you consent to Atlas International contacting you by post or
telephone about other relevant promotions, offers or information which may be of interest to you offered by Atlas International

Your booking is subject to the Booking Terms and Conditions of Atlas International Property Services Limited (‘the Terms
and Conditions’) which are attached to this booking form. Before signing this booking form please make sure that you
have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions. By signing this booking form you will agree to accept and
be bound by the Terms and Conditions. To assist you in selecting a suitable property Atlas International are pleased to
subsidise your trip without undue pressure or obligation to purchase. However, as made clear in the Terms and Conditions
attached to this booking form it is a condition of your booking that you are genuinely interested in purchasing a
property and that you will view properties in the company of our representative for the duration of your visit. If you wish to
use our inspection trip for any other reason or if you cancel or fail to complete the trip you will be held to be in breach of
your contract with us and you will be responsible for the full outlay incurred by Atlas International in arranging and subsidising
the trip for you.
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information in this regard. If you elect to
purchase a property you will be required to pay an agreed reservation fee whilst on the viewing trip in order to secure
your reservation until such time as the balance payments on the property are due as per your signed reservation form. It
is a condition of your booking that you have sufficient funds to pay the reservation fee. If you do not have sufficient funds
to pay the reservation fee at the time of entering into this contract, and/or during the inspection visit and/or on the due
date of payment you will be held to be in breach of your contract with us and you will be responsible for the full outlay
incurred by Atlas International in arranging and subsidising the visit for you.

further information in this regard. This document should be signed by all parties attending the inspection trip, if not, it is
assumed that the signature on this booking form confirms all parties are liable under the Terms and Conditions.
