Atlas International was one of the main sponsors of the dog racing charity event at the Wimbledon Greyhound Stadium on 11th May 2007. The award winning company paired up with Carshalton Beeches Rotary Club to support two charity organisations, the Vine Project and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. The occasion combined fun and excitement with raising money for a wothwhile cause.
The Vine Project provides furniture to impoverished families, many of whom are homeless and in the process of moving into accomodation with little or no furniture. The Multiple Sclerosis Society endeavours to make the lives of Muliple Sclerosis sufferers and their families more bearable. They offer support and advice by running a bus service for outings and collections. The charity organisation also provides financial assistance to those who need alterations made to their property or vehicles, and assistance around the home.
As a socially responsible company, Atlas International regularly supports the community by sponsoring various charity organisations and events. James Dearsley, European Sales Manager at Atlas says: ‘We are always happy to do what we can for the community. We are pleased to be part of the noble event.’
The award winning company are offering special inspection visits for couples until July for only £50 to Spain and £75 to Cyprus, the Greek Islands and Turkey.
