My Home Abroad is designed to provide prospective buyers with unbiased and up-to-date information on the various issues of buying properties overseas. A unique property fair is due to be launched. The first, of many to be held nationwide, will be in The McGregor Suite, of the Villa Park Stadium in Birmingham, from Friday 01 till Monday 04 June.
The event, which is the first of its kind, is structured to be an open-house for prospective buyers, including first-time buyers, retirees and investment clients, who are keen to gain knowledge about buying properties overseas without a pressurising sales force. The fair is designed to have everything a client may need, under one roof, including various client care services, legal, tax, property management, mortgage and financial advice.
Devised to be a forum, in a relaxing and calm atmosphere, the fair will be in association with the leading overseas property company, Atlas International, who have been the specialists in the Costa Blanca for 25 years and have recently launched into Cyprus, the Greek Islands and Turkey. Atlas has built its market- leading reputation by providing its clients with safe, secure properties in overseas locations.
At the fair, representatives who have bought properties in the relevant countries, and are now living there, will be available to provide visitors with expert advice. James Dearsley of Atlas International comments: “At the fairs, the interaction will be much more tailor-made; where each visitor will have a dedicated Atlas representative, flown over from each country, to talk to them about their individual queries.”
On offer will be all types of properties, from chic apartments and quatros to luxury villas and townhouses with prices starting from as low as £34,000 for a 2-bedroom apartment in Turkey.
At the fair, as a special promotion, My Home Abroad co.uk will offer subsidised inspection trips to Spain for only £50 per couple and to Cyprus, the Greek Islands and Turkey for just £75 per couple.
