The Property Management team has helped hundreds of home owners with the management of their properties and offer a fully comprehensive service which covers every aspect of managing your property from maintenance and housekeeping to welcoming your tenants at the airport.

The offer of guaranteed income of €250 per month is given to all clients who bought a property through Atlas International on or after the 1st April 2005.
Term’s & Conditions
Atlas International guarantees a minimum of €250 Rental Income per month, for a twelve month period following the date that the following conditions have been met:
Title deeds have been signed before a notary
Certificate of habitation has been issued
The necessary inventory is in the property
The property has been cleaned.
And that the following items are in the possession of Property Management Services:
- Two sets of all keys
- Copy of utility bill for electricity
- Copy of utility bill for water
- Original gas contract (if applicable)
- Copy of insurance policy
- Consultancy agreement completed and signed.
- Clear photocopy of passport of property owner *(1) *(2)
*(1) If the owner wishes to make the property available to himself, family or friends. The prevailing rental rate will be deducted from the Guaranteed Income plus the applicable cleaning charge.
*(2) Property Management Services reserves the right to offer a different property in the same area and of the same size if the owners’ property has confirmed booking at the time he wishes to use it.
