Porto Novo is comfortably situated between Davoli and San Sostene, only 3 km away from the beautiful Soverato in the Calabrian province of Catanzaro in Southern Italian Riviera. It is one of the most known and beautiful tourist resorts on the Ionian coast, having been referred to as ‘The Gem of Ionian Sea’.This town is characterised by three different areas: the first urban area is on the coast, the second one expands on the hill and the third one, which is the highest part of the town, represents Soverato Vecchia (Old Soverato).
Our latest tourist/residential resort complex with only 46 apartments is built on a quiet site close to the village. Porto Novo is situated only 900m from the white sandy beaches and local restaurants and is also within close proximity of the nearby Santa Catherina Golf Course.
Due to the microclimate which engulfs the area, the region offers warm and pleasant weather all year round. The seas are crystal clear and the region is blessed by 800 kilometers of beautiful sandy beaches and hidden coves which attract diving enthusiasts and various watersports.
