Russia
We are currently looking for people who can add to the business. Therefore, whether you are a single office or an operation which spreads over a large part of Russia, whether you are a real estate company or a travel agency, we want to hear from you.
We have an existing network already in Moscow and Spain and so we are perfectly placed to offer you the experience and knowledge to fully expand your operations. As well as members of staff operating in a consultancy role, you will also have fully use of our internal systems and I will also be on hand for any extra help that is needed, whether it is to expand your business or simply to convert a client.
Atlas International have always expanded their network of Agents offering Freelance positions paying fantastic commissions and so we are looking to expand our agent network throughout the whole of India and we are ideally placed to do this…….
The Deal:
Atlas International essentially operates a Franchise Network but there are no upfront costs and no monthly ongoing costs. We have a strict philosophy about you investing in marketing rather than paying us for the right to operate. Why would we want to take away your resources which would encourage you to get more clients?
Atlas International will provide you with all relevant literature regarding individual properties and we have downloadable brochures which can be printed out by yourselves and given to your clients. We will also give you access to all of our systems including a database for you to keep track of all your clients and also access to the Intranet, the most effective communicative sales tool in our industry.
Atlas International pays a generous flat rate of commission dependant on the country that your client purchases in and so, considering our average sale price at the moment is $233,000, I am sure you can appreciate that there is a lot of money to earn!
With this being one of the best times to buy in Europe as property prices have come down there could be a fantastic market here for you.
